Digital access
MyRosterPath sells digital reports, team research, roster access, and membership access. Because access is delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once a report is generated, a roster read is unlocked, or membership access is used.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your membership from your account. Access generally remains active until the end of the current membership period.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current membership period.
Plan changes
Upgrades may begin immediately. Downgrades generally apply at the next membership period so current access is not interrupted.
Billing issues
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or billing error, contact hello@myrosterpath.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
